GrassBlade LRS has an interface for Forgot password. However, if that doesn’t work and you are locked out of the LRS, you can use these two alternative methods to reset your password.
Option 1:
If you are able to access the LRS from WordPress backend, you can login from there and change the password.
Option 2:
Also you can change the password from database. If you have phpMyAdmin it should be easy.
Step 1: You can go to the table: wp_gb_users
Step 2: Change the password to this string: 21232f297a57a5a743894a0e4a801fc3
Your password will become: admin
Now you can login and change it again.
