Reset Learner Progress (beta) will reset the progress of all partially completed attempts. Completed attempts will stay completed. You need to do this if your content doesn’t launch for some users after updating the content.
When to use?
When updating an existing xAPI content package in WordPress with new Rise 360 or Storyline 360 files, existing learners who are currently in progress may experience a blank screen. This issue is specific to Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360. To resolve this, run the Reset Learner Progress after uploading your updated zip package.
To reset the learner progress, please follow the steps given below:
Step 1:
Go to xAPI Content edit page.
Step 2:
Scroll down to the xAPI Content Details section.
Step 3:
Click the tools () icon to get the options.
Step 4:
Click the “Reset Learner Progress” button to reset the progress.

Hi. We use WordPress LearnDash and Grassblade, is it possible to reset a learner who has completed their course? And/or is it possible for a learner to complete a course twice? Thanks Keith

At this moment, it doesn’t reset the completion status of users who have completed xAPI content progress. However, we are working on this feature, and it may be available soon.
